Who you are contracting with
HereHere! is provided by SULE/RAHM AB (Swedish company registration number 559399-8577), trading as RuntheRoom ("RuntheRoom", "we", "us"). Our registered address is Gräsandsgatan 15, 133 41 Saltsjöbaden, Sweden. By creating an account or continuing to use HereHere!, you agree to these terms. If you are using HereHere! on behalf of an institution, you confirm that you may agree to these terms on its behalf. If you are using it as an individual, you confirm that you are of legal age.
What HereHere! is
HereHere! is a tool for the practical mechanics of a live class: student sign-in, attendance, class lists, groups and picking students. You may share a course with colleagues, administrators or teaching assistants. Guest collaborators do not need a paid account.
Your account
Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your details accurate and up to date.
Acceptable use
You must not use HereHere! unlawfully, fraudulently or to send spam; infringe anyone's intellectual property; upload malware; probe, scan or interfere with the security of the service; or scrape it. You must not reverse engineer the service, resell or redistribute it, or circumvent technical limits.
Your content
You keep your class lists and attendance data. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process student data you upload.
Our intellectual property
RuntheRoom retains ownership of HereHere!, including its software, documentation and branding. Your plan grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service.
Service level
We work hard to keep HereHere! available and dependable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.
Payment and subscriptions
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by our reseller. See Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy. Paid plans renew automatically for the period you chose until cancelled. Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Merchant of record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends you can request an export of your attendance data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.
General
These terms are governed by Swedish law and disputes fall to the Swedish courts, unless mandatory local law says otherwise. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
